Yoga at West Beckenham Bowls Club

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this event is perfect for everyone looking to unwind and stretch. The class will leave you energised, yet relaxed in this beautiful outdoors space.

The session starts with a short meditation and warm-up. It then moves to a standing flow, with a sequence of poses moving with the breath.

Then time for wind-down on the floor, seated and lying down, to finish with savasana and sound.

Don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle.

Judit's yoga journey started some years ago as a way to gain flexibility and improve her balance. She soon came to love the challenge of practice, and the peace of mind yoga provides.

Come for a Vinyasa inspired yoga session at West Beckenham Bowls Club - unwind, stretch, and find your inner zen. All levels welcome.

Southey Brewing Co

We are a small and passionate team operating a 6 Barrel kit and brewing a range of classic ales, bitter and stout with respect to traditional techniques. Alongside a solid staple of hop forward IPA's and APA's, we love to flex our brewing muscles into frequent forays in the yeast led world of Belgian & German beers.

Everything we produce is done with care and attention to detail, the highest quality ingredients and foremost a focus on producing the best quality and tastiest beer we can.

All our beer is unpasteurised and vegan. We also can all our beers on site, right next to the tanks it is lovingly brewed in. You could not get fresher beer.

A proudly independent brewery. Beer made locally, for the good people of Penge and beyond.

For the last six years we have been selling our beer in our taproom on Southey St and in the London Beer Dispensary in Crofton Park, South East London.

Friends of Cator Park and Alexandra Recreation Ground

The Friends of Cator Park and Alexandra Recreation Ground were formed in February 2008 in response to an appeal by Bromley Council for volunteers to form Friends groups to support local parks. We have been assisting in the maintenance of both parks, working in liaison with Bromley Council and idverde, the parks contractor, for more than ten years now and have won awards for doing so.

This Friends group is unusual in that we oversee the well-being of two parks, not one. So we have double the work to do and work to ensure there is equity of support and activities for both parks. Each park has a Friends sub-committee to help undertake this. We hold small community events, which bring us together, and fundraise for the parks so we can all enjoy them.

Many of our team have continued to give back to the team as they progress into adulthood, working with those who were once their coaches to make a truly brilliant club and for that, we are truly grateful.

As a testament to the continual hard work of our family, in 2020 we were awarded the FA's Charter Standard Accreditation.

Seymour Villa was founded in 2001 by the late Martin King & his family in memory of a dear friend and promising young footballer 16 yr old Danny Wandangu, who Martin had previously managed.

We work throughout the year to provide a point where all children can have fun and get some exercise. Our teams learn not only the skills of football but sportsmanship, meeting and developing new friends and understanding the importance and responsibilities of their place in our community
